DISCOVERY
23 Travels will use your responses to start building a picture of what your dream trip will look like. A £20 deposit (deducted from our itinerary packages if you choose to proceed) is required to book a 30-minute discovery Zoom call. This is to discuss your responses at a time convenient to you, we have availability on evenings and weekends. Payment and meeting links will be shared via email.

PAYMENT
Within 24 hours of our exciting discovery call, if you decide a bespoke itinerary is exactly what you’re looking for, we will be more than delighted to create this for you. 23 Travels will share our itinerary completion timelines and an invoice with the final price and payment link.

CREATE
Once we have received payment, we do the hard work of building you an incredible, personalised itinerary for your trip. Within the agreed timescales, we will email your itinerary bursting with tailor picked suggestions for your chosen destination/s.

ENJOY
Based on our recommendations, you will book your flights, accommodation, things to do, restaurants etc. Then for the best part… sit back, relax and get ready to embark on a trip of a lifetime!
